Job Description

Job Types: Full-time (40hr per week), Permanent, Part Time

Kensington Dental Clinic, a mixed NHS-Private practice, is seeking an experienced trainee or registered dental nurse to join our friendly team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the dental industry and is committed to providing excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the dentist in all clinical procedures
  • Ensuring that the surgery is kept clean and tidy at all times
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and assisting with the management of patient appointments
  • Sterilising and preparing all dental equipment and instruments
  • Providing support and reassurance to patients during their dental treatments
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Open to learning and developing your role in the dental team.

Requirements:

  • Ability to anticipate and take initiative
  • Ideally, the candidate should have some experience working in a dental environment, although training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Organized and have excellent team working skills
  • Registered in a dental nursing college (if trainee)
