Trainee or Qualified Dental Nurse

Quarry Rise Dental Centre is a professional and friendly private practice comprising of Associate Dentists, Dental specialists, Hygienists, Nurses and Reception staff dedicated in providing excellent dental care, advice and support for our patients and referring dentists. We are a fully digital practice and provide all treatments for general dental care.

We would welcome a trainee, newly qualified or experienced, professional and friendly Dental nurse to our team. Good remuneration rates and working conditions are on offer and the salary is negotiable depending on experience. There are great opportunity for career development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide chairside support to our clinicians
• Full patient care including follow up and updating of patient digital records
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and cross infection procedures to ensure CQC requirements are met
• Decontamination and sterilising equipment
• Stock control and ordering materials

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS / EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Registered on a Dental Nurse Course or Qualified Dental Nurse
• DBS application and Professional Indemnity

• Strong IT skills (Preferred Software of Excellence experience)
• Good organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, Positive and Reliable Work Ethic
• Good Team player
• Good motivational and initiative skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
