Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Dental Nurse/Receptionist to join our team in providing excellent patient care and administrative support in our dental practice. Our company provides Private & NHS and Orthodontic Services. We are looking for someone who is keen to add an enthusiastic and conscientious individual to our friendly and highly skilled team.

Duties
- Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly welcome
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain patient records accurately and ensure confidentiality
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team

- General Dental Experience willing to learn Orthodontics

Requirements
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues effectively
- Ability to organise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or background in nursing is advantageous
- Fluency in English is essential for patient interactions
