An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Dental Nurse to join our Private Practice in Manchester. We are looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to put the patient’s needs first. A Dental Nurse is a crucial part of the dental team; you will hold a high sense of responsibility assisting your assigned Clinician with excellent chair-side assistance. The ideal candidate will possess great communication and interpersonal skills. You must be capable of working in a busy environment and be confident in dealing with a wide-ranging patient group. A positive team culture is vitally important and therefore it will be your passion to ensure the culture within the dental practice is in line with the practice vision, values, and behaviours.

```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Develop dental x-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns

```Experience```
- Previous experience as a dental nurse or dental assistant preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
