Job Description

We are delighted to be offering a fantastic opportunity to learn all the skills required to become a fully qualified dental nurse. You will join our friendly, modern, fully computerised Private dental practice based in the centre of Manchester. We are seeking an individual who wants to learn, is capable of working to a high standard and will give our patients a friendly and warm welcome. Job Role: You will learn to work chair-side assisting clinicians as well as all recognised dental nursing duties. You will be taught to carry out general reception duties, meeting and greeting patients, answering the telephone and booking appointments. Enthusiastic, warm, and welcoming.Expected start date: ASAP 5 days per week. (Negotiable) A minimum salary of £4.81 - As per the apprentice scheme Trainees will be taught to assist in chair-side duties, patient care, infection control, surgery set up, decontamination of instruments, maintaining equipment and general practice procedures. Working with the entire team – Being taught to assist dentists and hygienists Reception duties – Welcomes patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, booking appointments, taking payments, answering enquires. 'SOE/EXACT' dental software training. Job Type: Full-time Salary: £4.81-£6.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: All the required Covid precautions are in place Ability to commute/relocate: Manchester, M3 3NW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
