We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team. The Dental Nurse will assist the Orthodontist and orthodontic therapists during procedures, provide patient care, and ensure a smooth flow of operations in the dental practice. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to provide exceptional patient care.
Duties
- Prepare the surgery
- Assist the dentist during procedures
- Sterilise and disinfect instruments and equipment
- Record patient information and maintain accurate records
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment system
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- GCSEs
-Qualification in dental nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Orthodontic experience is not necessary as training will be given.
Salary will be discussed and is dependant on experience/qualifications.
