We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our dental practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate should be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. A strong work ethic, passion for patient care, and confidence in dental nursing are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Assisting the dentist during dental procedures, including general dentistry, orthodontics, and oral surgery. Preparing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment for use. Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the dental surgery and treatment areas. Sterilizing instruments and equipment following established protocols. Providing chairside assistance to the dentist during treatments and procedures. Developing dental X-rays. Accurately recording patient information and treatment plans in dental records. Educating patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care. Managing and maintaining dental supplies and inventory. Maintaining strict compliance with infection control protocols and occupational health and safety standards. Scheduling and managing patient appointments effectively. Collaborating with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care. Demonstrating a caring and compassionate attitude towards patients. Assisting with front desk duties, such as answering phone calls and handling patient inquiries. Requirements: Minimum qualification as a Dental Nurse or relevant certification. Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge and understanding of dental procedures, instruments, and materials. Proficient in dental radiography and dental software. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor with patients and colleagues. Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills. High level of professionalism and ethics. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
