This isn’t your typical dental office. At August House Dental Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering a five-star patient experience. We are looking for a high-energy "front of house" star who wears many hats. This is a unique hybrid role designed for someone who wants to master the business of dentistry—from the first click on social media to the patient's clinical care in the surgery.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Support (Trainee Nurse): Support our clinical team by learning chairside assistance, understanding sterilization and decontamination protocols, and ensuring patient comfort during treatments.

- Front of House: Act as the face of the practice—managing the daily calendar, scheduling appointments via Carestack, and handling patient inquiries with a professional flair.

- Content Creation: Capture high-quality "behind the scenes" photos and short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) showcasing our services and team.

- Platform Management: Post regularly to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, engaging with our community and staying ahead of digital trends.

Requirements & Skills

- Career Ambition: A genuine desire to train as a Dental Nurse. We will support the right candidate through their qualification journey.

- Creative Flair: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN) and basic design (Canva). You must have examples of social media content you have created.

- Admin Excellence: Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite is essential; knowledge of Carestack is a major plus.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a professional yet personable manner.

Working Arrangement & Benefits

- The Split: A dual-responsibility role with "Creative Windows" during the shift to focus entirely on media production.

- Support & Mentorship: We invest in you. We provide clinical mentorship for your nursing qualification and high-end tools (smartphones, ring lights, etc.) to level up our digital content.

- Schedule: We are open 8 am – 8 pm, 5 days a week and Saturdays. We offer flexible shift patterns to ensure work-life balance.

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 45.0 per week
