An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice dental nurse to join our friendly team. We are a very busy NHS and Private practice.The successful candidate will be a fast learner who is very proactive and can work well as part of the team as well as on their own initiative. You would have enthusiasm, pleasant chair side mannerism and professional attitude. Some reception experience is ideal but not a essential.This role is suited for a person who is looking to progress into a whole new career in the dental industry.

The successful candidate will receive sufficient support at work in the clinic whilst studying for their dental nursing qualification.

Duties Include:

• Assisting the dentist in day to day treatments
• Ensuring high standard of patient care is always maintained
• Sterilising Dental instruments and equipment
• Preparing the surgery for treatments
• Understanding and adhering to cross infection policy and procedures at all times.
• Covering reception duties as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time (8:45am to 5:30pm with 1 hour lunch)

Course Fees: All fees related to the dental nursing qualifications are paid by the dental practice.

Minimum Requirement's Grade C in GCSE's English & Maths.
